Monterey Real Estate Partners (MREP) is a private real estate investment firm. We were founded to acquire and operate real assets, including commercial real estate and owner-operator businesses, that generate durable cash flow and long-term value.

Our firm is built on a foundation of residential real estate experience spanning fix-and-flip and value-add strategies. We are now expanding into commercial acquisitions and operating businesses, bringing the same disciplined, hands-on approach that has defined our track record from the start.
